    Welcome back Jason!

I was excited to see iTunes downloading your show.

I blog and podcast on two different sites. My blog links to the podcast, but the podcast does not link back to the blog. My podcast is pretty specific but my blog is general. I figure I can pull people from my blog to my podcast, but my podcast specific audience would not, necessarily, be interested in my blog.

The podcast is Missionary Talks which is an interview show with missionaries. http://www.missionarytalks.com

The blog is My Thought Spot which has little to do with missionaries other than I am one. It is more about running than anything, but it is just a general blog. http://www.mythoughtspot.com

    Thanks for the tips!

    dpeach,

That’s an great example of when it is best to have two separate sites. It sounds like your branding and purpose for each of the properties was such that two separate blogs/sites made more sense.

    Jason
